Just replace your old conditioner with this one and leave it on for 1-3 minutes while you’re in the shower and then rinse thoroughly. I use the Miracle Rescue 10 in 1 Multitasking Spray when I get out with still damp hair to help repair damage, it detangles, provides heat protection and so much more. I spray this on my hair and then work through with my hands and let my hair air dry. This will protect it later when I use my curling iron!
