If you search on pinterest “packing a hospital bag” posts come up with a MILLION items to bring to the hospital. This is my second go around at this and I brought maybe half of the items on these lists. YOU DON’T NEED ALL THIS STUFF! The hospital gives you all feminine/vaginal products and all baby products such as diapers, socks, hat, onesie while you’re there. I bring an outfit to bring baby home, and I do bring my own undies because I don’t want to wear the ones that they give. My top tips: bring comfortable, easy to nurse, DARK colored pajamas, and maybe a robe. I look for thicker pajamas in case I don’t want to put on a bra. But, for bras I wear these soft nursing bras around the house and with pajamas. To go home you want an outfit that is easy to throw on and loose fitting. This is key, you will still have a small belly! And, also dark colored! I’m thinking a longer shirt with leggings. Easy slip on sandals as well! You need all your toiletries, (DRY SHAMPOO!) and flip flops for the shower! I’ve linked everything below. Good luck! XO
